06-12-2025: It's already the last month of the year. And even though it's not quite winter yet, it's slowly starting to get colder. The only fishing I do now is pike fishing. The pike were quite active today. Not only did I catch two, I also had two followers.

2025 was definitely the year I could reflect on the previous years. When's the best time to fish for which fish and which bait? I'll definitely be doing a day of sea fishing for flounder in September 2026. And pike fishing with streamers during the coldest periods also yielded some nice pike. Unfortunately, there were also a few disappointments. I had high expectations for Luxembourg, but apart from a nice carp, it was very disappointing.
